The purpose of the project is to develop a new methodology and teaching and learning model based on gamification for entrepreneurship compiled of both Entrepreneurship and Intrapreneurship. The classes currently taught focus on the traditional elements of starting and owning a business. Pupils get to know about innovation and innovative businesses but not detailed approach to creating and managing innovation processes and implementing design thinking when developing new products and services. In this respect university education provides more options but it needs to start much earlier. The project is answering the deepening need for new skills as presented by leading organizations such as the OECD, European Commission, World Economic Forum and others. Among the top ten skills for job readiness in 2020 are: complex problem solving, critical thinking, creativity, people management, coordinating with others, emotional intelligence
